Patent suit

We have more court cases regarding scientific patent than before because a company worker who achieved great invention complains that he has unreasonably small reward due to current patent system being advantageous to the corporation which employs that inventor.In famous blue LASER diode's case,the court made the judgement almost accepting the inventor's plea.However,when we look at its background from more scientific standpoint,it can't be neccessarily defined that the achievement ascribes only to that person because key original factor that led to its greatness was eventually discovered by other co-workers.Such cases are not rare.I think the system should be improved so that people's achievement would be evaluated more fairly.
