the mistery of sunlight

I went to Kyoto university's astronomic observatory located at the eastern mountain in Kyoto.The most impressive laboratory in it was the one where sunlight was examined closely.It's very amazing that when we look at the split image of sunlight closely by the theory of prism lens ,the chemical elements on the surface of the sun is detected,that is located far away from the earth.THough there're many misteries still not found out,it's very romantic to study the universe that is expanding endlessly.
