What's genius?

One Japanese professor of universe research plainly explained the definition of genius by drawing a picture in recent TV program.He said there is no difference of the way how one goes up the ladder step by step in order to achieve the goal regardless of whether one is genius of not.The difference is whether you see just the achievement one attained or you've always watched one's making the effort before achieving the goal.The first type is said to be genius, while second one is said to be a hard worker.
